“Email I Sent to Brad Clark after he resolved a computer issue: Brad, Thank you so very much for your time. As I mentioned I would be more than happy to recommend you to anyone that needs to improve their computer efficiency or simply get problems solved. Here is why: I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Dell Computer Tech Support, 45 minutes with MacAfee and 45 minutes with Time Warner. The end result was that Dell was telling me that I needed to completely reinstall windows. Which would require a major backup of all files, reinstall windows not to mention all the old drivers and other requirements to get my computer up and running. This would have been probably 3-4 more hours. I said this can't be right and remembered that you were the one who fixed my computer for my Wealth Management Business. Which by the way has been running way faster and problem free for over 6 months.
